Materials
-One long strip of fabric or Polo shirt as long as you want your lanyard + 5cm and 3 times a wide as your D-rings. (use the buttons of an old polo shirt as a lipbalm pocket)
-Two Large D-Rings
-Sewing Supplies
-Optionial carabiner
Written Instructions;

Step 1 - Fold your fabric strip long ways and pin good sides together.
Step 2 - Sew the length, keeping a uniform and straight stitch.
Step 3 - Cut the excess and zigzag stitch the raw edge.
Step 4 - Turn right side out.
Step 5 - Iron flat and sew long edges. (Sew perpendicular at bottom of pocket and do not sew past)
Step 6 - Attach loop for carabeiner.
Step 7 - attach loop for D-Rings and sew down (*Tip* use a zipper foot to get tight to the D-Ring.)
